The protagonist, Della Delacroix, an introverted, somewhat conflicted and pleasingly plump bakery chef has an important wedding to cater that could get her recently opened business, Cupid’s Catering Company, into the black. There is one small obstacle though. The groom has gone missing.

Della is determined not to lose this vital source of revenue and makes the decision to find the recalcitrant bridegroom and get him to the church on time even if it’s not in his best interest.

Wyatt creates believable characters with distinctive voices and will lead you on a merry chase in her quest to save Cupid’s Catering Company and rescue what she thinks is a reluctant bridegroom.

I am someone that can’t tolerate crooked pictures and found the number of proofreading miscues; although not the worst I’ve seen, bothersome. Wyatt could benefit from a Second Set of Eyes.
