The world teeters on the brink of uncertainty.

Whispers of war echo through diplomatic corridors. The skies fill with the distant hum of fighter jets, while beneath the surface of quiet agreements, nations bolster their defences, preparing for conflicts yet to unfold. History has seen its share of turmoil, but today, we seem closer than ever to the boiling point. Are these the “wars and rumours of wars” foretold in Matthew 24:6?

Jesus’ words warned us long ago: “You will hear of wars and rumours of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.”

And yet, the pieces are shifting. From unresolved conflicts of the past to modern battlefields shaped by cyber warfare and economic struggles, the world braces for what comes next. The question remains: are we repeating history or witnessing the fulfilment of prophecy?

But beyond today’s conflicts, there is a darker reality looming—the rise of Abaddon. In On the Threshold of Perdition, Diggs exposes the unseen forces steering the world toward its final reckoning. As global superpowers clash and economic tremors shake the foundations of civilization, prophecy begins to unfold in unsettling clarity. Perdition is no longer approaching— it is already here.

A gripping, prophetic deep dive into global turmoil, The Watchman’s Warning sets the stage, while On the Threshold of Perdition pulls back the veil. The time for passive observation is over—awareness, discernment, and preparation have never been more vital.

The world today is no stranger to wars and conflicts. From ongoing turmoil in the Middle East to rising tensions between major global powers, we find ourselves in an era where diplomatic fractures and geopolitical disputes dominate headlines. Nations stockpile weapons, form uneasy alliances, and engage in wars that reshape global landscapes.

This escalating global landscape demands vigilance. As nations maneuver for power, warning signs emerge—not just in political strategies but in the slow, almost imperceptible shifts that push the world closer to crisis. Here, the lessons of The Watchman Effect and The Boiled Frog Paradox become more relevant than ever.

By tying these concepts together, it becomes clear that scripture consistently emphasizes discernment and preparation. The Watchman warns of danger, the boiled frog metaphor highlights the risk of unchecked complacency, and biblical teachings urge us to remain vigilant in times of uncertainty.

As tensions escalate worldwide, we must reflect on the lessons history offers. Are we witnessing the unfolding of biblical prophecy, or are we simply repeating past patterns? Either way, awareness and understanding remain crucial as we navigate an uncertain future.

The stockpiling of weapons has become a defining feature of modern geopolitics. Countries invest billions in advanced military technology, from hypersonic missiles to autonomous drones, in a bid to outpace their rivals. This arms race is not merely about defence; it is a demonstration of power, a signal to adversaries that any aggression will be met with overwhelming force. Yet, this relentless pursuit of military superiority often leads to heightened tensions, as nations interpret each other's actions as threats rather than precautions.

Uneasy alliances further complicate the global landscape. These partnerships, often born out of necessity rather than trust, reflect the precarious balance of power in international relations. For example, nations may align with former adversaries to counter a mutual threat, creating coalitions that are fragile and prone to internal discord. The shifting allegiances in the Middle East, where countries navigate complex relationships with global powers like the United States and Russia, exemplify this dynamic. Such alliances, while strategic, can unravel quickly, plunging regions into chaos.

Wars themselves continue to reshape the world in profound ways. Beyond the immediate devastation, conflicts alter political boundaries, disrupt economies, and displace millions. The ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict is a stark reminder of this reality. A little-known detail that could contribute to a larger war is the Black Sea Ceasefire Agreement. While this deal aims to ensure safe navigation and prevent attacks on energy infrastructure, disputes over its implementation have already surfaced. If tensions escalate further—such as violations of the ceasefire or direct NATO involvement—it could set off a chain reaction, pulling multiple nations into a conflict that may spiral into global warfare.

Adding to the growing instability, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has placed the Iranian military on full alert. This move comes amid escalating tensions with the United States, which has demanded that Iran negotiate a new nuclear deal or face severe consequences. While Iran has rejected direct negotiations, it has expressed a willingness to engage in indirect talks through Oman. The situation remains volatile, with Iran warning neighbouring countries that host U.S. military bases that they could be drawn into the conflict if an attack occurs. This heightened state of military readiness underscores the fragile nature of global diplomacy and the potential for a broader regional conflict.

Finally, the military threats issued by former U.S. President Donald Trump have complicated global tensions even further. His remarks about annexing Greenland, reclaiming the Panama Canal, and even using force against Canada have unsettled allies and raised concerns about U.S. intentions. These statements, combined with his “America First” approach, have strained diplomatic relationships and created uncertainty within NATO. This rhetoric not only challenges international norms but also risks alienating allies, potentially destabilizing longstanding partnerships.

Adding to the turmoil, Trump's sweeping tariffs intensified economic tensions worldwide. These tariffs, imposed on allies and adversaries alike, disrupted international trade and prompted retaliatory measures from nations like China and the European Union. The resulting economic strain has led to inflation, slowed global growth, and heightened the risk of recession. By undermining trust in trade agreements, these policies have contributed to a fractured and volatile geopolitical landscape.

As tensions escalate worldwide, we must reflect on the lessons history offers. Are we witnessing the unfolding of biblical prophecy, or are we simply repeating past patterns? Either way, awareness and understanding remain crucial as we navigate an uncertain future.

Until next time, keep questioning, and when the official story doesn’t make sense, it’s time to grab a shovel and keep digging.

And, as always, remember who holds the pen,
